I have just had a set of free Flow Exhaust manifolds made for my XKR

Made from Stainless Steel. They have definitely stopped the restrictions of the exhaust gasses. The engine revs much more freely.

They will fit the 4.0Lt and 4.2Lr XK8 and XKR and I would think the XJ8 and R's
Also fit Standard exhausts as well as all after market exhausts

If there is any interest please get in touch.

Paramount Performance do Sports Cats. Think they are made by 'Milltek'. Just had them put on my XKR but not booting it yet as I have only done 200 miles in her. Had them put on with a Sports Exhaust which is too loud so Paramount are getting a 'toned down' version. Adds around 25bhp.

XK8/R's and XJ8/R's are the same but S-Type R's are different.

We could get some made but there would be the development work to be done.

I have had a Racing Green / Cheesemans CATS back system on for some 5-6 years

The problem with ALL aftermarket exhausts is you still have the bad restricions at the manifolds so I dont believe that they will release that extra 25bhp.

With my manifolds on then you will get a large release of BHP

hi norman,

and what's the cost?
Sorry missed that bit.

For the pair of manifolds the price would be £1,000
