Plastic noise from front of engine

Hi Guys.......Hope you can help me out her.

I'm getting a plastiky rotating kinda noise from the front of my engine. I thought at first it might be the impellor in the water pump. The water pump had been changed as has all the chains ,tensioners etc. I've also changed the belt adjuster for the supercharger. Everything needing done has beem done. The car isnt overheating but the noise is becoming more noticable. I'll be damned if I can figure out where its coming from.
Its a 98 XJR.
