Common problem. You might need to de adjust the shoes, what is rattling is the handbrake actuator inside the drum.
So the thing to do is tighten up the cable on the 13mm nut under the car, only do it a little bit, this will stop you rattle. Make sure you don't go to tight and cause the rear brake to bind. It might take you a few attempts, and y there's a knack to it. I used to adjust them up till they locked then back off the adjuster about 3/4 teeth, then tighten cable to achieve desired handbrake travel.
