XJ8 (1999) rear shockers

How much should I pay to have the rear shocks changed? I have been quoted £450, is that a reasonable price?

If thats just labour then id say its quite expensive but they aint the easiest in the world to do
I just removed a complete rear axle assembly and God they are heavy

That's for the whole job. Years ago I helped a mate remove the back end of his E-Type so I do know what you mean!!
