Can anyone help me source a part?

I'm looking for a manual pedal box for an XJ40. I've spoken to several parts suppliers and none seem to be able to help me.

I'm sure it seems like an odd sort of thing to do, but my XJ40 is looking to get a fairly major overhaul after being neglected severely in the hands of a family member. I'm looking to price the needed parts to convert the car to a 5 speed manual.

I personally see nothing wrong with shifting gears in a Jaguar, though apparently most people don't tend to share that sentiment.

If anyone can put me intought with a manual pedal box that's for sale, It would be much appreciated.

Have you ever driven a manual XJ40, XJS, or X300?

If that's not convinced you automatic is the way to go then have you tried Eurojag (01325 727777) for the parts you need?

I've tested a 94 XJS that had been converted to manual. I rather liked it actually.

Really it's just a curiosity thing right now. I'm interested to see how much it would add to costs of what I already need to do.
