XJ8 telephone

My X308 has all the wiring and mics etc in the car inc the cradle to work with the Jaguar StarTAC 130 needed but I don't have an external ariel/antenna.

Do I need one?

I don't know about the aerial (my older jaguar phone does have one though).

Have you got a Startac phone? If not, then I have a genuine Jaguar one to sell.

Would make sense if it does as I've not been able to find anything at all on a specific ariel via Google etc.

Just bought an XJ8 myself complete with phone and there is no external aerial but the phone works fine so I presume it uses the radio aerial or something in the rear window heating element.
