Could do with servicing costs like those in Swindon, main dealer is 1st class, but a little more expensive!

You serious John scratchchin You talking about binned?

They managed to dent my P&J during routine work, then were obstructive in its repairs and dismissive of the inconvenience to me. They also recently mis-diagnosed an air-con problem for someone in our club ( www.xkec.co.uk ) and were trying to fleece him of nearly a grand, when all it needed was a decent service and re-gas.

The staff(parts and sales) were friendly enough when they were the family business - but since they have been taken over by those used car cowboys from Bristol, the standards have plumeted and their primary aim is to rip you off ranting

I actually live in Wiltshire, but make an annual trip up to Elite for my Services, as their level of service is far superior and the prices are much more acceptable. Their chief mechanic Dan is very knowledgeable and owner John is very helpful. I have even been back home from a Derby service, before Swindon normally ring last thing in the day to say the car is finally ready - even though I gave it to them at 0800hrs!!

Sorry, but can not understand your comments, and would recommend EAPJ any day thumbup

Rgds

Thanks Robo,

Perhaps if you have five minutes you could fire us off a testimonial for the new website, reading your last post you could probs alter that a little wink.

Piersman2, would be helpfull to know what browser you use and if a mac or pc user, issues can be looked into then.
