Jag S Type Bumper Reflectors

I have a 2001 S Type and was curious as to whether anyone knew how easy it was to remove the orange front a rear bumper side reflectors?!? I would like to replace them with new ones and wanted to check if they are held on with 3M adhesive tape or physically clip into a recess of some sorts?!? Just want to gauge how much 'force' to give when taking them off!! If 3M tape then a hairdryer and a little patience but if they are clipped in i do not want to cause damage to the bumper by trying to pry them off!!

If it's like any other PAG product, they'll be clipped in - so it's usually just a case of knowing where the clips are and applying a bit of pressure.

They are clipped in, if your fingers cannot get them out, a flat bladed screwdriver will.
