XKR 2 Weeks in & More Pics

Two weeks in to Jag ownership and I'm still very much enjoying the experience.

Had the first reason to visit the local dealer last week however when second key fob died. Luckily being replaced under warranty and Guy Salmon have dealt with efficiently.

Finally got round to giving her a first clean on Saturday - I'm still loving Jaguar's metallic black (ultimate) but I can't put my finger on why it seems better than other Marques metallic blacks.

Anyway some more pics.

That car is the the biz! Give us a close up of the vortex alloys with the red Alcon calipers. Didn't like those wheels when I first saw them on the XK-RS, but think they are sexier than on the new 5.0ltr XKR's.

So the exhaust noise is supposed to be louder than standard XKR's, what do you think?

A bit like 'Double 7s'
A larger size of the 18" 'Double 5s'
