Is there a Jaguar V8 book along the lines of David Hardcastle's Rover V8 Books?

There is nothing terribly technical out there. I could probably write one if I thought it was worthwhile and could be bothered.

There are a few SAE papers that cover the initial AJV8 if you look back to 1996.

It is a shame, I would like something similar, I'd even settle for a 'you are your XJ' Philip Porter book (although presumably the engine bits will be the same as his XK book which I already have)

This:

is quite interesting.

When Porter, or Harry Potter writes a book about sperm donation, you know its will be correct because of his first hand experience !!
His Jaguar books are debatable, the historical content for about 2 mins max.
Pics are good though......
