On the surface it looks like it could be a relatively easy repair, I would be concerned about which parts may have been bent by the force which ripped the wheel off however.

Am by no means a specialist here, though I do know that aluminium is hard to fix. Aluminium is very stiff, once bend it has lost its strength, and by the looks of it the chasis may have taken a hit.
