how to stop my feet cooking

as the weather in this country is not the best. it is nice to have the heater on when you have the roof down.

i would like a nice warm air from the vents. however it seems that it comes out every where no matter what resulting in boiling hot air to the footwells.

as far as i can see there is no way to stop it? tell me im wrong.

its a 89 xjs v12. the heat from the v12 keeps you feet warm eniough.

The heater valve on the bulkhead, engine bay. (which is vac contolled) may have jammed open.
