Facelift XK8 Parts?

After loosing a fight with a Range Rover the Xk8 needs a new rear bumper (inner, outer and brackets) while it is at the body shop I thought I might take the opportunity to fit the late sill covers and new nose moulding. Has anyone done it before? I've seen a few done, but have no idea of the costs, I imagine it's going to cost a packet for the parts alone.... Any pointers?

Depends if you try to buy new or pre-owned
Plenty have been done, me, I prefer to keep it original
