2003 XKR - buying advice please....

Have been looking at S-Type R and XKR for a while. In respect of XKR I decided that I'd be better off with a 4.2 as, hopefully, these have most issues sorted.

Am planning to look at a 2003 85k mile XKR this coming weekend that's for sale not too far from me. Not worried about mileage as long as its been regularly (and properly) serviced but was wondering whether there are certain things that should have been done / will need to be done. Thinking gearbox oil, diff oil, belts etc. Is there anything at, say, 60k or 72k mile service that should have been done ? Will there be evidence of same in history (or would Jaguar just stamp the book and i have to assume that the necessary work would have been done ?)

What sort of problems / costs / prevention action would be needed do you think between 85k miles and 100k miles ? I do around 6k miles per annum so we are looking at between 2 and 3 years motoring there.

Is there a key list of core things I'll need to check (even tyre wear etc) ???

Budget is only £12k - £13k.......
