Heavy steering on start up.

Hi all, sorry for the rash of Jag questions.

Just been out to move cars around and on starting my XJ8 the steering was very heavy for about a minute till it freed up and went back to being light, any ideas?

The car is left standing unused for periods of time if this is relevant.

it is most prob just the presser building up or mite need a fluid change if it keeps doing it
