X308 battery dead, cant open boot....

Only discovered this when i went to get something out of the car this morning, and didnt have time to look under the bonnet...

Can anyone confirm that there is a possitive terminal in the engive bay and a good earthing point, before i go and borrow a jumper pack.

you might need to spray the lock with wd40 if it does not open with the key
