Hi just to say how good there aftersales service is. last nights stormy weather tore my cover that i bought in August. They requested a picture of the damage and once recieved agreed to replace it and one is on its way to me should be here on monday. We all like to complain so I think its equally important to praise people when they do a good job.

They did suggest that I dont tighten the tapes too tightly might be a good tip.
