XFR - DCS and Dynamic mode
Discussion
I plan on reading the manual don't worry but what has got me slightly miffed is that when I turn off the DSC the car still feels like it has some form of driver aid on, for instance was going round a quiet roundabout yesterday and I nailed the throttle as per usual. The back stepped out, but as I eased off the throttle to try and maintain the slide the car gripped up again and started to straighten up. What happens in the M3 is that you blend out of the throtle then apply it again to keep the slide going. The Jag won't let me do that? It feels like something is cutting the power or braking the car when you lift at all. Does that happen in your cars and if so what setting do you need to be in to be able to drift the car properly
Yes, takes about 10-15 secs as you say but it still feels as though something is on. Interestingly on youtube anglesey video with mike cross he suggests just using dynamic mode, they have the cars fully crossed up in the wet there with no problems. Seems weird that DSC off isn't one step further
