Seems the screenwash pump on my X300 may have given up, I have changed the fuse but still nothing. Anyone got any ideas as to how difficult it is to change the pump as I fear that it may be the next step?

Not just frozen up is it? Pour some warm water into the resevior, leave for half an hour and then pour some more on the washer jets. Keep pulsing the washers in short bursts with the wiper off the screen.

If you get water flowing the fill the reseviour with at least a 50:50 mix of screenwash as soon as you can, and pump this through to the washer jets

I bought a second hand unit from eurojag for £15. Just plug in and play. Remove the inner wheelarch liner on the (uk) driver's side for access. 30 min job tops?
