X308 Camshaft Position Sensor

Hello,
I've recently had a non start condition and a code of P1336 has been thrown up. This code refers to Camshaft/Crankshaft Sensor Range Performace.
I've already replaced the Crank Sensor but no luck and I have now purchased a Cam Sensor. my car is an early (AJ26 engined) model so only has the 1 Cam sensor.
My question is, where is this fitted on the engine? O/S or N/S bank? Just would save me some time when fitting this.
Also has anyone else fitted one of these? Did it cure the car if a 'No Spark' condition was present?
