Just bought an XJR6, 130 mile drive home and the car was superb, however on the journey home the low water warning light came on twice needing a litre of water each time. No obvious signs of a leak so any ideas please ?
My XJR6 had a faulty water pump that leaked. Keep your eye on the temperature needle - mine was dead center for a year until the pump when it shot into the red from normal in the space of 30 seconds.
