1.8t in vw t25 wat do I need to fit it

Thinking of fitting 1.8 t in my vw t25/ t3 does any one no wat I wll need to get to fit it in my van

You'll need an engine

It can be done.

I've seen Audi and VW 1.8/2.0 8 & 16v engines fitted to the back of vans so logic would suggest that a 20vt would also go in.

However you will need a few custom parts like engine mounts, bellhousing adapter and engine ECU adapters - most people use standalone like Emerald.
