Hi

I hope I am not breaking any rules?

I am looking to punt the TT and was wondering what the best way to get a “true” valuation would be?

Although, the thought of selling a car private petrifies me!

Thanks,

Depends what Audi TT best way is to pick up a car salesman's handbook list nearly ever car made about £8 in some book shops and supermarkets for example a very good 2002 TT is like £3'200 approx or a high mile 02 for under £2'000

Easiest options are to simply look on Autotrader, PH classifieds or try WBAC to get an idea of what similar cars are selling for.

If you don't want the hassle of dealing with private punters perhaps WBAC or Part Ex is the way to go , you just have to decide if the few hundred/grands difference in value is worth the reduced hassle.

CAP clean is 19350

Looks like you can buy a closely comparable car at a dealer for 22 so 19 is probably about right for a trade bid. Maybe a little more if the specification is really good.
