Vw golf mk6 slow speed noise

Hi There,

Got this noise appearing at low speed, when the steering is nearly on full lock

I had this noise start on friday, or i only literally just noticed this on friday. Any ideas of what it could be?

I had two new tyres fitted Friday, but would this really cause this?

Power steering pump? On other cars I've heard the pumps "groan" on full lock.
