A8 D3 jacking point missing

That's a bugger, just had a puncture, went to use the factory jack and somewhat typically the plastic jacking point on the car is missing

It's late and I'll pop the dealer tomorrow but has anyone had one fall off? Are they easy enough to replace?

Also are the wheel bolts on a taper/locking thread as they're bloody tight when they're on the last couple of turns home.
