2015 Audi S3 MMI/Audi

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if there's an update for this?
When connecting my iphone via cable, playing music works ok until you FFW a track. Tends to freeze and not play anything.
Works slightly better using BT but sometimes what's playing is not shown on the display.

I'm not only one then! My old iPod works fine all the time (using an old mk6 golf cable) although doesn't show artwork on screen. However, my iPhone 5 using Audi cable it came with regularly freezes only fix is to turn phone off and back on again.

Haven't bothered to ask Audi as its a minor irritation but interested to see if any updates have been released.

More often than not find myself listening to CDs instead as with B&O stereo the sound quality is very noticeable between CD and downloaded stuff... To my ears anyway!

Just stick your tunes on a usb drive and use that.

TT has mad major software updates this year and cars with bluetooth high also needed major fixes (stuff that just plain didn't work!). I don't know if there's an update for your specific car but it's definitely worth asking/reporting it. The dealer may not know or have a TPI (bulletin) on it but they can refer it to technical.

If nobody reports it nothing gets done about it.

Mine is a March 2015 car and the local dealer checked for updates just last week. There was nothing on their system. So I'm guessing last MMI update for the S3 was at least the start of the year. Chances are you are up to date.
