Audi newb - key and central locking question
Discussion
Hi all,
After many years of loving my classic Mini I decided that at nearly fifty I couldn't deal with
the bone rattling and constant spanner time - so, I sold it on the Mini forum and with the money I bought a 2003
A4 convertible. Paid 3k with leather, electric everything and only 30k on the clock (verified and genuine).
Has a slight clutch issue which I can do but what I can't sort is that the one key it came with only works
old style being physically put in the door.
I'm used to this with the Mini but I'm wondering what I need to do ( or how much I need to pay)
to get it working properly as a remote fob.
All and any advice much appreciated.
Best wishes
Monty

If you have two keys this procedure should help you program a key.....
