B8 S4 engine in a Touareg

Saw an advert for a Touareg 3.0 V6 TFSi, is this the same engine as the B8 Audi S4 with added hybrid?

I had an S5 with 3.0 v6 engine and 333 bhp. Which matches what thad ad states, although mine had a 7 speed gearbox not 8. So apart from the gearbox it could be the same, plus hybrid.

It is indeed - super rare car but I have driven one. Not really any quicker than the diesel and not particularly good on juice either. More than a hair of pressure on the throttle and the ICE kicks in, even at very low speeds. Seemed to do about 22-23 MPG being careful with it.

I fear it was a bit of a token effort to get a hybrid in the range.
