Audi Q5 TFSI 62 plate - oil problems?

Can anyone tell me if the issue with oil consumption was fixed in the facelift 62 plate Q5 TFSI?

I've the same engine in a marginally newer A5; it's over 10k from its last oil change and has used maybe 100ml of oil. Have sold a fair few 12/13/14 with this engine on everything between 10 and about 50k miles without complaint for a customer.

The facelift stuff seems to be well sorted. Early cars once upgraded seem to use just a minute amount of oil also.

Thanks Dr G. When you say "early models upgraded" what do you mean, exactly? What does the upgrade entail and will Audi do it under warranty?

It looks like you sell Audis....I'm looking for one. Can you help?
