Hi, i went to replace my battery this afternoon as the old is dead. Only problem was, i undone the bolts holding the positive and negative cables and all 3 snapped clean off the t bolt or already had snapped from a previous owner. Ive looked on ebay for replacements but not paying £20 for each one...
Because i got an mot due 7th march do i need to have the correct t bolts holding it on or can i use other bolts of similar size as a temp replacement?

Also 1 other little issue i have had it the left indicator light when opening the car. Sometimes it will constantly stay lit when i first open it but after locking and opening it a couple of times it will go off and work fine... common fault or general electrical fault?

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

2 for less than £20

2nd question. You don't say which car. But probably better to change the lamp in the mirror if it's one with LEDS in.
