New Passat Voice Commands

Have a nice button on steering wheel and one next to touch screen , press either one , screens says contact dealer for key to turn system on.
Dealer says system not fitted tough . Is this really the case ,?H
Oh , are all WV dealers using this boringly slow and inefficient system , walk bint on reception takes name and demands one sits down and wait , bint 2 offers refreshments , eventually bint 3 tuns up takes details and disappears, bint 3 returns with more info and goes again, bint 3 returns and finally invites one to her desk to finish off booking in, asked to return to seating area until called to sort loan car , invited back to bint 3 desk sort loan copy licence etc , told sit back down and wait for div to show me loan car , 1 hour 10 mins to book in car , will to live lost , complained told this now the norm , progress eh !
