First post so don't shoot me down please!

Looking to buy a 2013 (mk 3, the current shape) Seat Leon. Engine is 1.2 tsi (opted for the smaller engine as I'm young so insurance is a factor). Spec is SE with the Technology pack, so includes start-stop, sat nav, rear parking sensors etc. Mileage is only 8600. It was the dealer's demo initially, then bought from them and traded back in recently, so service history is flawless. Test drive was extremely smooth, and the low mileage means it's in great condition - bodywork perfect, interior immaculate.

Can anyone shed any light on what this will be like to live with, costs of repairs, mpg, common faults, annoyances etc?

Thanks in advance!

Well, I've owned my 16 plate Leon FR 1.4 ecoTsi DSG for three whole days now, and so far so good!

From what I hear the 1.2 is also a good car. The tech pack is excellent. There's a good forum (search for seat cupra) which will give you lots of helpful advice.
