Help with 7N sharan / Alhambra - workshop manual?

[V12 AMG]

I'm guessing there is either some trick or special tool to removing the door handles on a 7N. Does anyone have access to a workshop manual that explains the procedure?

Also if at all possible the process for aligning the sliding doors. I have made improvements to the alignments but I'm chasing my tail making it slightly better then slightly worse as I move from hinge to hinge.

Any help or advice appreciated.
