GTI Mk7 tyre pressures

Hi,

I have tried searching for info on this but I can't find anything. I have 19" Santiago alloys on my car with the Dunlop Sportmaxx 225. I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation for tyre pressures as the stock tyre pressures on the door seem to be standard for all wheel and tyre sizes.

They fluctuate between 33-36psi but I often think they're too flat but I am worried about over filling them.

Does anyone know what I should be running them at?

I imagine VW know what they are doing and you should stick to what's on the sticker. I have seen posts on other forums where they mention the sticker is different on some cars depending on spec I don't know how true that is though.
