Morning all,
I have a 2013 S4 which i got in April this year, i have just had E-Tyres out to replace a front tyre and it seems that one of the bolts that was on the wheel was stripped (melted) and knackered and just about holding on. I have not had the wheel checked since i picked up the car and as this is now serviceable phoned my local audi garage where i got the car to complain as it must have happened there and sold to me that way.

I have taken the car over there and they have looked it at but are claiming it did not leave them like that and will not be covering the cost of a repair. I said i would escalate this as there is no other way it could have happened and they have since phoned back to get the details of the E-tyres fitter to talk to him.

How do i go about escalating this.

Probably not worth the Agro any good wheel night removal specialist will have it off in 10 minutes and a standard call out fee, and will be able to supply a new wheel nut

The problem is the wheel hub has been knackered too and the thread gone from that, looking at £500 repairs, so far audi have agreed a 50/50 on the cost, which im tempted to take
