Audi A4 B6 rear door locks

My 2005 Audi a4 saloon rear doors do not lock when I use the key remote or the lock/unlock button inside on the drivers door.

It happened when I disconnected and reconnected the battery, the reason I disconnected the battery was because of the key remote unlock button sticking causing the doors to unlock and all windows to go down, I am now using the spare key remote which has resolved the unlocking of the car doors and windows. I've checked the wires and fuses and can't find anything wrong.

I've checked the sticky button key remote and that will not unlock or lock the rear doors and also the inside lock/unlock button does not lock or unlock the rear doors.

Any help will be appreciated as its driving me mad manually locking and unlocking each door when taking and putting the kids in.
