Audi A6 2006 2.7 PRNDS flashing issue

Hello everyone, would appreciate any advice or anyone that experienced similar issues before please share.
About a month ago my A6 2006 2.7 tdi Auto started having issues with the gearbox ecu. PRNDS were flashing, had complete loss power withina week and after getting somebody to refurbish the ECU twice it kept failing so have been adviced to get the new ECU which we did from Audi (cost just over £1k).
Just had the new ecu fixed to my car, oil changed, TCM also re-installed and was quite excited to get the car back. Started off with a bit of a lag between 1st and 2md gears as it took about a second or two for the car to move from 0 and revs had to go up to 2000 for it to move ( before all of the issues my car was super sensitive and had a remap done so had no lag what so ever ). Been advised this could be that ecu might need some time to re-adapt as i also had the clutch changed which was faulty. Drove for a day like that but not many miles. Today went onto motorway, PRNDS started flashing then stopped and car started driving like before - super sensitive and fast. But not for long! 10mins more on motorway and PRNDS flashing non stop and seems like issues that i had from the start are back on.
Even when the car is almost stand still and i break then it sort of shakes a little and moves forward alittle.
What is this ?? Why am i having same issues after brand new ecu has been installed...
