MK1 Touareg Owners - question about seats

[LGriffiths88]

G'Day all

me and the mrs are in need of a new car... just a quick question really.
At present our configuration in a MK3 mondeo is (from left to right) Forward facing seat... eldest child (without booster) and rear facing seat.

It's a bit of a squeeze... just wondering can the touareg fit 3 across the back with ease?

dimensions show it's a wide car... but is it wide on the inside?

there isn't a 7 seat option is there?

No 7 seat option in any of the Touareg versions.

There is plenty of room across the back depending on which child seats you have. If you want any measurements from my Mk1 let me know.
