1.4TDI se skoda fabia, real world issues.

We are looking at the 1.4TDI se fabia, as opposed to anything Polo at present, 2015 onwards:
Could anyone offer some real world opinions on the car please, and no; I'm not interested in alternative options at present, just the Fabia

Have Skoda cured the door card leak problem ?
Mileage/Time period on cam belt change + cost. ( as high as £450 at main dealer)
Tyres- do they still fit a low speed rated tyre as standard.

All above seem to occur on earlier marks .
Then there's Emission problems ? Is the 1.4TDI CR in this category ?

That's just the minor niggles from owning a MK 1 1.4TDI .
