Evening, I have a 2005 Allroad that runs perfectly (touches wood) but it's just gone past 132k, and I think it's due belt change. History file on car is excellent, records show 2009 it had belts and pumps etc changed at 72k. Should I be getting this done ASAP! Quoted price is £878.

Thanks Lewis

There are varying opinions regarding the interval for changing the timing belt, but I would veer towards 60k miles or 6 years, whichever comes first. Recommended to change water pump and thermostat 'while you're at it' (easy access when the belts etc. are changed - bloody awkward to do separately!).
A good independent workshop should be able to improve on that price.

Cheers, it's an awkward one for me as plan was to MOT and think about selling as no longer really require such a big wagon. But it's a lot of money to spend just to sell, but no one would buy with big bill due. Might replace and just keep it.
