Audi vehicle spec checker - Free online

[S8QUATTRO]

Not sure if this is useful to anyone else, but there is a free Audi online service that allows you to check the full spec on a car.

www.audi.de and go to "my audi"

You need the VIN, but once you put that in it brings up the full vehicle details. I used it to check the spec of a car i was buying.

That is brilliant, good spot/find.

Interesting, my 2012 A8 is a 2013 model year and no it didn't leave the factory with those 19" wheels!

There's an iphone app 'My Audi mobile' that gives all the info/spec etc. - all you need is the Vin no.

At least it works for mine.

yes, I got that. Was rather hoping the MMI could use the tethered phone for internet access but alas no, but then of course they wouldn't be able to sell us the squillion pound WiFi option.
