Dipstick for 3.0 tfsi engine.

Does anyone know a source or part number for a physical dipstick for the 3.0 tfsi engine? It's in a 2011 A8 if that helps.

This is the part number for the S4 S5 item, not sure if that helps.

How much are they and we're shouts does the stick enter the engine? Never liked the idea of having to trust a computer!

They're around £30 on EBay but might be one of those things that's cheaper at TPS.

As you're looking at the front right hand side of the engine, you'll be able to see a black plastic blanking plug with a round disc for a handle. That u clips and the dipstick goes there.

Yep, less than a tenner from TPS when I bought ours - RRP is under £11 now.

Pretty sure I paid under £15 to have one delivered from Stoke Audi Parts.
