Audi S4 B7 convertible

Hi there

Have a bit of an issue, my display is telling me that the read fog light is out.

For the life of me where is it.

So I am aware that on the B7 audi S4 the reverse and the fog light is on the left hand side.

I have taken out the lighting cluster and there are 4 spaces which lights can go in.

The breaklight at the top of the cluster
The indicator is one the lower portion of the cluster at the curve
The reverse light is next to the indicator
And the light in the middle which is a small push in light.

Where is the fog light?

Have I missed something?
I changed the breaklight for a double filament which didn't work etc.

Im pretty sure b7 cabs have two reverse and two fogs, 1 each left and right, it was the b6 that had a reverese left and fog right, cant remember which ones were which though as sold mine 7 years ago...

Left hand side?
I'd have thought it would have been right hand side?

Get a piece of wood, wedge it between seat and brake pedal, select reverse, turn hazards on, switch lights on and fog light, and turn ignition on.

Remove cluster and see which one isn't working.

Cupramax - no it was the B6 that had the 2 reverse lights I believe, from 06 they had 1 reverse light.

Mattss - I had to change my dipped headlights so I brought some xenons and took it to a friends garage who took off the bumper etc so he could change the xenons and parking lights. We did all the breaklight tests, hazards etc and just cant work out where the fog light goes. The display unit does say left side fog light needs replacing.

Strange!!!
