18mth old etron has a bad vibration through peddles and steering. load droning noise. they changed front tyres and have now changed the gearbox. Still not fixed and been without our eco EV for 5 weeks. Audi UK don't know what's wrong and the dealership cannot fix. Audi swear it's not the hybrid system and have told the dealership not to tinker with it.
On unregulated PCP as Company purchase. At what point can we demand a like for like replacement car or throw the keys back and cancel the Finance (no equity in it). Have a thirsty A3 2.0 as a loan car costing us a fortune in fuel.

Vibration and noise are various speeds in EV and petrol modes. Most common above 60mph. Feel it through the throttle pedal and steering wheel.
Raised the issue of not fit for purpose and the service team said they would continue trying to find it. Audi UK are not giving the dealership any help.

Not clear on your finance situation, is the car owned by the finance company? If so I think you may have to deal with them and they in turn with Audi if you want to hand the keys back.
I had a situation with a Renault Espace a few years ago where the battery kept draining because of a fault with the electronic handbrake, Renault could not fix the problem (no idea why) and I had to cancel the finance agreement (through my company) but my dealings were all via the finance people. I had a solicitor draft a letter because I wanted compensation for inconvenience (problem took months to diagnose) and my original downpayment back (the car was 18 months old). They settled once I got a lawyer involved, you may have to do the same.

Whilst more common with larger wheels/brakes it's possible the mating face of the wheel isn't true. You could have a word with Marcus at www.discskimmers.com - he's worked miracles with reclusive vibration problems for us.
