Ibiza FR 6J Brake upgrade

Evening all, newbie to PistonHeads here.
I recently picked up my Ibiza FR 1.4TSI (6J) and was thinking about getting a remap done, but just want to upgrade the brakes to keep things stable, maybe even some track time in the future.
It's probably been asked a thousand times before, and I know that any 312mm front brakes from the MK4 Golf platform fit perfectly, but do standard brake lines fit?
And as for the rear brakes, I know the 256mm LCR MK1 vented discs fit, but is any further modification needed? New handbrake cables, custom brake lines etc, or are they straight bolt on?
