golf hybrid upgrade

I want to take my standard pd130 turbo out and hybrid it. A hybrid can take it to 230bhp(can be higher to risky for the car age) it's a 1.9 GT TDI golf. Has a 400BHP intercooler on. Custom map from angel tuning, not off the shelf jobby the guywrites them. Rolling road it puts out 186BHP.


My main concern is do i need to upgrade any thing else.

any piston heads can suggest a good VW tunng company. Im from cambridge.
