997 to B8 RS4 - Advice

Evening guys,
Looks like the time has come to sell my 997 Carrera S due to a change in circumstances, love the car and its currently in storage so once out in March I will be using it for a couple of month then advertising. I actually asked on a Porsche forum for an idea on pricing and have a member on there interested so it might not need to be advertised!
Anyway, having looked at various cars I think the B8 RS4 is the one for me as it ticks the most boxes.
Having had a look online I have read a few problems regarding suspension, numb driving experience, excessive fuel etc so I have an idea on what to look for & test but is there any other little niggles I should be looking at?
What extras are worth looking for, I would at least like sports pack, 20" wheels and bang & olufsen upgrade possibly even the pan roof. Is there anything else worth looking for?
I remember reading online there was an upgrade in 2014 where the sport exhaust was standard on MMI and you had DAB (a must thinking about it), I have seen some lovely 2013 cars but if there is an update I will hold out for a 2014.
What do you think depreciation will be like, I expect to lose a bit but over 2-3 years do you think there will be a big drop?
