VW Fox Faults

Hi, could anyone please give me an idea of the possible causes of the following problems and ballpark repair costs:

Rear window washer not working, screenwash sprayed onto the tarmac below whenever I try to operate it.

Boot lid will not unlock. Happened during snowy weather, and the central locking was making a machine gun like noise coming from the rear (pump possibly) whenever I locked the doors internally the day before.

The screenwash nozzle normally has a little directional bit, in the middle that you can adjust with a pin so it points at the window, if the pump is spraying water.
