Audi A4 B9 Allroad (2017) - Suspension & Engine Tuning

Any comments/help appreciated:
1. I have a 3.0TDi 272hp Audi A4 Allroad (launch vehicle) with ALL extras fitted but even with the hardest/sport suspension setting (indivudual) I get a lot of rolling on the motorway on bends (oversteer?) over 80mph. I used to have an A6 Avant with sports suspension & it was rock soild - any ideas how to resolve bearing in mind car is under warranty? I've changed the wheels & tyres from 18" 245 45 18 to 19" 245 40 19 which made a slight improvement.
2. Anyone got an experience of the Race Chip ECU package that increases power to 343 hp? Does it work?

3. Anyone recommend an exhaust upgrade (if any) to create a better exhaust sound?
