VW Passat 2012 1.6 Diesel Windscreen washer not working

Hi, my VW Passat 2012 1.6 Diesel Windscreen washer not working, the wipers are working fine, I can not hear any noise when I try to use the washer, I have checked the fuses, they are fine, any idea what could be the issue here?

yes, thanks, any idea the pump is 12V or 24V? there are 2 different voltages on Eurocarparts, I think it should be the 12V one, right?

It's a 12V pump.

Why did you start a new thread and not just update your other one?
